Christopher Burrell is an experienced Sr Program Manager and an accomplished engineering professional specializing in Aerospace, Avionics and Defense programs at EXB Solutions Inc. Chris has a demonstrated track record executing programs and has achieved success across multiple domains, first supporting government programs at Sandia National Laboratories and then with Fortune 500 companies including: Intel, General Motors, Ethicon-Endo Surgery and General Dynamics to name a few.

Chris completed a 15 year stretch at General Dynamics supporting multiple programs including; the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) program as Systems Engineering Project Lead and later performing as the Chief Hardware Engineer for the Space Network Ground Segment Sustainment (SGSS) program which upgraded NASAs aging communications systems. Over the next 5 years, Chris lead programs at startup companies and then at MD Helicopter where he was responsible for the design and certification of the new “glass cockpit” on the MD530F and MD600N aircraft.

Christopher Burrell joined EXB Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer in August 2017 and transitioned to program management in June 2018 where he now serves in the role of Sr. Program Manager. Chris actively manages EXB programs and supports business development for Aerospace, Avionics and Defense programs.

Chris attended the University of New Mexico for both his Bachelors and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He later earned a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University’s, W.P. Carey School of Business. Chris has also completed his PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
