Announcing Leadership Transition

Karen Kensok

Minneapolis, MN – (March 6, 2020): Karen Kensok is promoted to VP of Technical Solutions at EXB Solutions. Kensok joined EXB Solutions in 2014 as Director of Engineering and in 2017 was promoted to Director of Business Development, a position she held till recently. As an engineering leader at EXB, she implemented a number of initiatives, including project team leadership, quarterly engineering townhalls, and a new graduate training program.

The first woman in a leadership role at EXB, Kensok championed critical government program initiatives such as NASA SENSE and FILMSS 2, FAA E-IDS and PSS, Air Force F3I-2. She was instrumental in new customer acquisition and teaming efforts with companies such as Lockheed Martin, Peraton, CACI, Jacobs, Raytheon, Boeing, and SAIC, supporting overall revenue growths of over 20%.
