Founded in 1935 as Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics, RTCA is a Public-Private Partnership venue for developing consensus among diverse, competing interests on critical aviation modernization issues in an increasingly global enterprise.  RTCA’s membership is comprised of domestic and international organizations representing all facets of the air transportation.

EXB Solutions, an engineering services firm headquarted in Minneapolis has provided safety-critical engineering services to the Aerospace, Defense, and Air Traffic Control industries since its founding in 2000. “We are excited to leverage our two decades worth of experience and knowledge in advancing aviation technology.
