Minneapolis, MN – (9 September, 2019): EXB Solutions, Inc. announces the appointment of Henry Grant as Vice President of Engineering. A seasoned technology veteran in the aerospace field, Mr. Grant brings over 20 years of experience to EXB and in his new role, will head EXB’s engineering and program management teams.

Grant is a technology innovator and senior engineering leader with focus in Full Life Cycle Systems and Software Development and Certification, for systems such as Primary Flight Controls, Brake Control, and Fuel Management. Prior to EXB, Grant spent eight years at Collins Aerospace (previously Rockwell Collins), progressing to become Associate Director of Engineering for their Fly-by-Wire (FBW) Team. Before that, he worked for Ultra Electronics Flightline Systems and Goodrich Corporation.
