Job: Electrical Engineer – Analog

This role is Remote and must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
Use your advanced electrical engineering skills to help our client deliver innovative solutions across a variety of design opportunities. You will be empowered to think BIG and challenge yourself to understand more than just one aspect of the electrical engineering discipline. You will work alongside some of the world’s most talented engineers. You will apply research of complex systems to achieve desired electrical specifications. You will contribute to the development of our client’s state-of-the-art electrical equipment and space systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing worst case performance electrical analysis considering temperature effects, end of life performance, radiation effects, and other effects
- Electrical Simulation
- Performance specification review
- Cooperating with and interacting with external vendors
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the
- sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- Minimum 8 years of relevant design and test experience, with a specialty in Electrical hardware development in a new product development environment
- Electrical simulation experience (P-Spice, Python, Magpie, Mathcad or Mapleflow, Matlab/Simulink, WebBench Power Divider & other industry std. tools)
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
- Six Sigma tool usage and best practices
- Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
- Experience with complete engineering lifecycle (Design to volume production)
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, and are willing to do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
- Ability to lead a Project, including application of budgetary controls and reporting.
