Job: V&V FPGA Engineer

EXB Solutions is currently hiring V&V FPGA Engineers to support active programs verification efforts. The Engineer will be part of a team developing code, verifying designs, completing simulations, developing documentation within the DO-254 framework and working with a talented group of engineers with varying experience levels.
Due to the nature of the project all applicants must have an active clearance and be onsite at one of the cleared locations (Grand Rapids, MI or Schenectady, NY).
As our FPGA Verification Engineer, you will Collaborate in completing design documentation, traceability documentation, simulation and test bench development, test documentation, preliminary and formal testing and analysis.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Security Clearance (work will be completed in SCIF)
- System Verilog, UVMF
- Xilinx toolset
- Microchip toolset
- Ethernet
- Network protocols
- Test bench development.
- Simulation, debug, and root cause skills.
- Familiar with FPGA design flow
- Versed in industry standard simulation environment.
- Familiar with DAL-A verification methodologies
- Must be self-motivated and have initiative to reach out an interact with the existing team
- Individual that has working knowledge of digital systems, and components, FPGA design methodologies, testing, debugging, root causing and testing methodologies.
